Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Proflayer’s LinkedIn automation infrastructure for B2B lead generation.
1. Introduction
By accessing or using Proflayer’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
2. Nature of Service
Proflayer provides access to marketing infrastructure and social media profiles for lead generation. The services are offered exclusively for legitimate B2B outreach and sales operations.
3. Acceptable Use (Strict)
You must not use the services for any unlawful, abusive, or unethical activity. We operate a zero‑tolerance policy for prohibited use, including but not limited to:
- Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Phishing or credential harvesting
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Harassment or targeted abuse
- Political misinformation or manipulation
Violations result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
4. Account Ownership & Access
Proflayer retains ownership of all underlying accounts, identities, and infrastructure. Clients rent access for a defined period and do not acquire ownership rights.
5. 72‑Hour Warranty
We replace accounts restricted within 72 hours of delivery only if the client followed our Safe Usage Guidelines. Accounts restricted due to spam, aggressive limits, or policy violations are not eligible for replacement or refund.
6. Payment & Subscription
Services are provided on a recurring rental basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Proflayer is not liable for lost leads, paused campaigns, or business losses resulting from third‑party platform changes, restrictions, or bans (including LinkedIn policy updates).
8. Disclaimer
Proflayer is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with LinkedIn Corporation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
